School children love taking part in fundraising activities, especially if they are included in event organisation or securing their own sponsorship. Many primary and secondary schools arrange fundraising events on a regular basis as they are great for team building, education and PR. You will also find that parents are keen to get involved and provide event support. From sports days through to sponsored walks, you can easily plan a fundraising event for LIBRA.
There are important matters that you must consider before you run the event including the legal aspects. You should always secure adult permission for any children up to the age of 16 who wish to take part. It is also essential that the staff who are handling the events have clear communication channels and a detailed event schedule.
