Claire Allaker is PR and Marketing Manager for LIBRA and she works closely with Trustees to develop campaigns. She took up the role in March 2009 and has been involved with a number of exciting projects. With a background in journalism, Claire works with media contacts to raise awareness about our appeal and she maximises opportunities to promote fundraising activities.
As a keen writer, she produces the quarterly LIBRA newsletter ‘The Good News’ and also creates features for the Lion magazine. She manages the website and ensures that it is regularly updated with interesting stories and news from King’s.
Claire is always happy to work with supporters and can assist with event promotions and sponsorship activity. She also handles media enquiries relating to LIBRA and can arrange interviews with Trustees and also supply images.
