Andrew became a member of Farnham Lions Club in 1982 and lives in Godalming, Surrey. He was appointed as LIBRA Chairman in 2007 and has supported the appeal for many years. As a proactive person, Andrew is always investigating new fundraising opportunities and also takes part in many community projects.
As a regular visitor to the blood research facilities, Andrew has a keen interest in the groundbreaking investigations carried out at King’s. He has also met with patients who have benefitted from the various life saving treatments available.
He commented “LIBRA is growing, interest in our work is increasing and we have some exciting projects on the horizon. It is wonderful to have the support of Lions Clubs and also the public. I am confident that 2010 will be another successful year.”
